Concept origination for Brickell City Centre's magazine - Centre. I developed the case for a piece of custom publishing befitting the project beyond a retail/mall publication. The piece needed to work across Retail, high-end Residential, Office and the Hotel. It was also to be distributed selectively to HNW individuals homes and luxury lifestyle locations from hotels to spas to gyms and beyond with 25,000 copies produced per issue. We ran a 3 way pitch process and selected Surface Studios for the project. What has subsequently been produced set a new standard for custom publishing for real estate.
