We raised $1.5 mil to disrupt how architecturally significant real estate transacts using prop tech and then pivoted to a new model in the Autumn of 2022 when the market turned. Today, Fabric is a platform that allows accredited investors to invest in best-in-class residential assets (yield, appreciation, architecture & quality). We manage the entire process from purchase to sale and operate the assets as rentals, giving investors a competitive IRR.
Our mission is two-fold: both to make architecturally significant homes an investable asset class and to preserve great architecture while encouraging the construction of beautiful, environmentally-responsible homes.
